A Process Built for Businesses, Not Just Websites
Every attabird project follows the same structured five-phase approach. You always know what is happening, what is next, and what to expect.
Phase 1
Discovery & Strategy
We start with a kick-off call to align on your business goals, target audience, and what success looks like. You share your brand assets, content, and any inspiration you have. A project brief is created and signed off before work begins.
Deliverable: Project brief, signed contract, asset folder ready.
Phase 2
Design
Initial concepts are built in Figma. You review, give feedback, and approve before development begins. All page layouts — desktop and mobile — are fully designed and signed off in this phase. Nothing goes into development without your approval.
Deliverable: Complete Figma design file, all pages approved.
Phase 3
Development
The site is built in Webflow using Client-First framework. Desktop is built first, then tablet and mobile are optimized. CMS structures are set up, integrations are connected, and a staging link is shared for your review throughout.
Deliverable: Staging site live, CMS configured, integrations tested.
Phase 4
Review & Refinement
A full walkthrough of the site is completed together. All devices and browsers are tested. Final revisions are made and polished. This phase ensures everything is exactly right before we go live.
Deliverable: Final site approved and ready for launch.
Phase 5
Launch & Handover
Pre-launch checklist completed, site goes live on your domain. A training session is held so your team can manage the CMS confidently. Full documentation is delivered. Two weeks of post-launch support are included for any fixes or questions.
Deliverable: Live site, training complete, documentation delivered.
FAQs
Not entirely. You will need a general idea of your messaging and some brand assets, but content can be refined during the design phase. We will guide you on what we need and when.
Two weeks of post-launch support is included in every project. For ongoing changes beyond that, you can move to a monthly support retainer or request one-off work as needed.
Yes. Webflow's CMS is built for non-technical teams to manage. The training session at handover covers everything your team needs to update content, publish blog posts, and make simple edits without touching the design.
Yes. All project work is done remotely. Calls are held over video and shared Figma and Webflow staging links are used throughout. Location has never been a barrier for any of our clients.
If you however are near Copenhagen, I'm always up for a face-to-face meeting either at my office or yours.
